Airheads 'treats feet' with new cherry scented foot spray ahead of Halloween

Airheads wants to "treat your feet" this Halloween, gifting a limited-edition fruit scented foot spray to a lucky few in the coming days.

The spray, according to an Airheads news release, will smell just like the company's cherry flavored taffy bar would taste and comes packaged in a big red foot. It's meant to "frighten away bad smells" and "refresh" your feet after a long night of trick-or-treating, according to reporting by Food & Wine.

Airheads says they understand the "woe," which is why the company took the "age-old 'trick-or-treat, smell my feet...' song to heart this year with the launch of the cherry-scented spray, according to the news release.

"Now even your feet can smell like Airheads, a gift that keeps on giving beyond Halloween night," Craig Cuchra, vice president of marketing at Perfetti Van Melle, the maker of Airheads candy, said in a news release. "This spray really gives the 'trick-or-treat, smell my feet' song a whole new meaning–now people might just want to give them a sniff."

How to get Airheads foot spray (no purchase needed)

Airheads will host an online giveaway starting from Monday, Oct. 14 through Friday, Oct. 18, giving away more than 100 bottles of the foot spray over the four-day period.

A limited number of Airheads' cherry scented foot spray will be given away daily to legal residents over the age of 18.

The daily game period opens at 12 p.m. ET and ends by 1 p.m. ET, according to the news release.
