A 78-year-old grandma had no idea who was behind her when she sat down for a family snapshot.

Sandy Bush naturally assumed it was business as usual when she posed for a picture with family and friends in Great Lakes, Illinois. Granted, those behind her were all wearing Navy tee shirts. But if she even noticed, it didn't seem suspicious as her 18-year-old grandson, Tyler McCaulsky, was away on duty with the Navy. Except that he wasn't! He'd secretly returned home.

And unbeknown to his grandma, McCaulsky snuck into the picture behind her. However, it took her some time to realize.

Watch the video to see a loving grandma photobombed by her returning Navy grandson.
